Can I turn up and pay on the night?

Unfortunately not.  We're a venue with limited seating, with reservations lasting for the whole evening.  Therefore to ensure a great party atmosphere we ask that all bookings are made in advance.

Is there an age limit?

As a licensed premises, all of our events are over 18s only.  We operate Challenge 25, Ii you are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring valid I.D. in the form of an in-date driving license or passport.

I’ve made an enquiry, when will I hear from you?

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.  It may be possible that we have availability, just not for your group size, so while you wait to hear from us you could check availability for a different sized table as we have varying availability for group sizes based on our seating layout.

Are you able to cater to my dietary requirements?

We've got a number of options available on both our brunch and dining menus that are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.  We are able to offer gluten free pasta, gluten free pizza and burgers / sliders, along with a number of other options.  


Our brunch menu can be made gluten free as follows:

All the sliders can be GF
Arancini can be made with GF breadcrumbs
We have GF pizza bases
We have GF pasta in stock

Please let us know when you book so that we are aware ahead of your arrival.

How can I pay for drinks on the date of my booking?

We accept cash or card payments.

What are the terms & conditions of the bottomless drinks offering?

- Only one drink can be ordered at a time.
- Management reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
- Guests are invited to enjoy our bottomless brunch offer but we remind you that we are a licensed premise and must adhere to laws on over intoxication

Is my booking paid in full or is it a deposit?

All bookings are paid in full.  Details of what is included in the ticket price for each session can be found on the Brunch, Dining or Special Events page, as appropriate.  For example, our Dining sessions include 3 courses from our Italian menu.  All you will need to pay for on the night are your drinks.

I want to add a guest to my booking, how can I do this?

Providing we have availability this is not a problem!  Simply reply to your booking email or email info@o-windsor.co.uk to let us know and we'll confirm availability and provide you with a payment link to add the additional guest or guests to your booking.

I want to change my booking, what is your booking policy?

All bookings are final at point of checkout. If any member(s) of a booking cannot attend and can provide notice at least 14 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be made available.

Any cancellations within 14 days of a booking are non-refundable, non-transferable and not available as any other form of credit.

This policy is in place to allow us good time to re-advertise any available tables and seats.

Is there disabled access at the venue?

Unfortunately due to the architecture of the building (we are in a Victorian railway arch) we are not wheelchair accessible.  There are a number of steps into the building and the venue is not wide enough to facilitate the introduction of a disabled WC.

Will there be a photograhper at the venue?

We don't have a photographer on every session. We however, reserve the right to film and take stills for promotional use. By entering the venue you agree to these terms and consent to being filmed or photographed and the use of the material for advertising purposes.
